Although measures are taken to ensure the information in our catalogues and on our website is as timely and accurate as possible, Buckley’s Store assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of such information or its relevance to a specific use or application. Differences in configuration, colour and layout may vary from product images based on manufacturer updates. Actual products may differ slightly in appearance to images shown.
Items, products or goods that are purchased from us are supported by our delivery policy and customers that require postage or shipping can expect the following:
- Goods are generally shipped as soon as possible. If there is a delay with shipping, you will be notified either via email or phone call.
- Goods are despatched by Courier or Australian Post and a signature is required on delivery and should arrive within 2 working days from date of shipping – a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your item on line.
- We charge a flat fee of $25 (+GST) for freight, however we reserve the right to refuse an order where the cost of freight is prohibitive or a freight service is not available.
Should you item fail to arrive within 5 working days of order, please contact us either via email or phone call.
We accept returns of change of mind purchases as long as we are contacted within 3 days of purchase. Goods must be in as new condition will all original packaging. Items can be returned to:
