Items, products or goods that are purchased from us are supported by our delivery policy and customers that require postage or shipping can expect the following:
- Goods are generally shipped as soon as possible. If there is a delay with shipping, you will be notified either via email or phone call.
- Goods are despatched by Courier or Australian Post and a signature is required on delivery and should arrive within 2 working days from date of shipping – a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your item on line.
Should you item fail to arrive within 5 working days of order, please contact us either via email or phone call.
We accept returns of change of mind purchases as long as we are contacted within 3 days of purchase. Goods must be in as new condition will all original packaging. Items can be returned to:
